Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Siddaganga Jewellers processes refunds for products purchased on our website. This policy works in conjunction with our Return Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • If the product delivered has verifiable manufacturing defects, as confirmed by our quality control team
  • If the product was damaged during transportation, as evidenced by the mandatory unboxing video
  • If the product delivered is different from what was ordered

We do not process refunds for any other reasons, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design preferences.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • For credit/debit card payments: Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment card.
  • For net banking payments: Refunds will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days.
  • For UPI payments: Refunds will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days.
  • For wallet payments: Refunds will be credited to your account within 3-5 business days to the same wallet used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take an additional 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

3. Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

  • The purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Taxes paid on the item(s)
  • Shipping charges (only if the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong product or if the product was damaged during transit)

4. No-Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Returns requested after the 48-hour window following delivery
  • Products returned without the mandatory unboxing video
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • If the product is returned without proper packaging, tags, or certificates
  • If the reason for return does not fall under the eligible criteria mentioned in our Return Policy

5. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days. If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once you receive the order.
