At Siddaganga Jewellers, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products purchased from our website.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • If the product received has manufacturing defects
  • If the product was damaged during transportation
  • If the product delivered is different from what was ordered

Please note that we do not accept returns based on change of mind, size issues, or design preferences.

2. Return Request Timeline

We have a 2-Day Return Policy, which means you have 2 days after you receive the product to request for a return if it falls under the Return Eligibility mentioned above.

3. Documentation Requirements

To process a return request, customers must:

  • Create an unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery. This is mandatory and serves as evidence of the condition in which the product was received.
  • Take clear photographs of any defects or damage.
  • Provide the order number and date of purchase.

The unboxing video must show the package before opening, the opening process, and a clear view of the product received. This helps us determine whether the defect was present at the time of delivery or occurred afterward.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@siddagangajewellers.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video and photographs as required.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  4. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
  5. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to product defect, damage during transit, or incorrect product delivery, we will arrange for the return shipping at our expense. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for pickup, as appropriate.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Products without the mandatory unboxing video
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Products that have been worn or used
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or certificates

7. Product Replacement

If the return is approved due to product defect, damage during transit, or incorrect product delivery, we will arrange for the return shipping at our expense. If you opt for product Replacement, you will receive the replacement within 7-10 working days based upon the product availability.
