At Siddaganga Jewellers, we are committed to delivering your precious jewelry items safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing and delivering orders throughout India.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to all locations across India. Our shipping partner network covers most urban and rural areas, though delivery times may vary based on location accessibility.

2. Delivery Timeframe

All products ordered from Siddaganga Jewellers will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that working days exclude Sundays and national holidays.

Delivery timelines may be extended in the following cases:

  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or sale periods
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control
  • For customized jewelry pieces (delivery timeline will be communicated separately)

3. Delivery Verification

For quality assurance and to protect both our customers and our business, we require customers to create an unboxing video at the time of receiving the package. This serves as documentation of the condition in which the product was received and is essential for any return or replacement requests.

The unboxing video should include:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The process of opening the package
  • Clear footage of the product received
  • Any visible defects or damage, if present

Please store this video safely, as it will be required if you need to request a return or replacement.

4. Delivery Failure

In case of delivery failure due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Our shipping partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our facility, and we will contact you regarding further actions. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
